Joined as I watched Aretha belt it out at the change on 1/20.  From sunny Cali they all look cold  in DC but happy.  Half a century of experience on the planet and half that raising boys, my greatest teachers.  Two steps forward one back watching them muddle through the anger, sadness and joy to find a place in this complicated world.
